| Floriscount continues to WOW the breeders at the stallion shows |

His first foal crop is exceptional! Lovely heads and necks, elastic movement! Super!! Click on his picture to go to his page! Gut Fuechtel is having an "Open House" on April 24th to show off Floriscount and some of his foals. Statesman and Detroit (born at Gut Fuechtel) will also be shown under saddle and a few of their foals will be there as well!

"STATESMAN'S" record has been broken. October 3, at the Elite Oldenburg auction, The three year old current Oldenburg State Champion "Don Primeur" (Don Primero-Castro) sold to Andreas Helgestrand of Denmark for the incredible sum of 505.000Euro!!
I am even more excited because Don Primeur is out of the same dam as our LaHabanara!!

Spring / Summer 09
Deb has had a busy show season with SPS Lady Liberty (Lord Liberty G -Sion) debuting at Grand Prix and has been very successful with scores to 69.574%. She won all three GP classes in the July GMHA show. Most recently she went to the CDI competition in Saugerties where she competed with many top riders in the Special, receiving scores of 62.%. Donnervogel (Donnerhall -Ex Libris) had a grand go at the CDI in Raleigh with scores to 66.8% and 4th place in I1. LaHabanara is now in her first season at PSG and I1. She is doing an incredible job with scores in the mid 60'%. Her work improves with strength.
We had a great show at the July GMHA show bringing home 7 high score awards, in addition to the success of Deb's FEI horses, our horse Royal Landino, (Royal Diamond-Lanciano), owned by Vanessa Spencer, was the high score of the entire show with his impressive score of 74.286% in first level test3. Abi Ruksznis and Guinness by (Goldfuerst-Gambrinus) were very successful in training level, winning 4 of her 5 tests and her 72.8% was a high score of the day! The last stop of our show season schedule is Dressage at Devon where Deb will do the GP with Lady Liberty September 23-27th 09

2008 Bundeschampionate Oldenburg Riding Horses Selected for the 2008 Bundeschampionate
Following the 2008 Oldenburg Regional Championships in Rastede, Germany, July 24-27, 2008, the Oldenburg verband was able to make a selection of the Oldenburg riding horses that will compete at the 2008 Bundeschampionate in Warendorf, Germany.
The qualified Oldenburg riding horses are:
3-year old stallions:
- Sir Rubin (by Sir Donnerhall-Rubinstein), Breeder: Marion Menck, Rübehorst
- Sieger Hit (by Sandro Hit-Donnerhall), Breeder: Georg Sieverding, Emstek
- Statesman (by Stediger-Donnerschwee), Breeder: Ann Kitchel, USA-Vermont (pictured)
